Its not a sin to look into others life / career and copy their ideas, to get started, but it’s always best to develop our own.

Look for the opportunities in front of you, behind you, above you and even around you. Opportunities are door step towards your next level. If opportunity doesn’t knock at your door, build a new door. Medipreneurs should develop an innate ability to CREATE opportunities they want. Do not miss out on opportunities public interaction, idea exchange, interacting to a stranger, awareness classes.

ＭＯＵＴＨ ｉｓ ｆｏｒ ｓｈａｒｉｎｇ ｔｈｅ ＶＩＳＩＯＮ：

Vision shared is vision realized. Its better to share the vision you have with the people who believe in you and shut your mouth to those who don’t. Be alert with whom you are sharing your vision. A blind guide won’t take you to better destinations.

ＥＡＲｓ ｔｏ ｔｈｅ ＦＥＥＤＢＡＣＫ：

Ken Blachard rightly said “Feedback is the breakfast of champions”. No matter how long we are running this clinic, there is still scope for LOTS of improvement. We should have the humility to seek feedback, wisdom to understand it and guts to act on it appropriately

ＧＵＴ ｉｎｓｔｉｎｃｔ：

NEVER discredit your GUT instinct or your inner VOICE. Trust the vibes you feel because energy doesn’t lie. If you feel that you have a new plan, you have will work out for your good, go ahead based on the comparison with the old data available. Some of your gut instinct may seem weird or utopian to others. But, if you are convinced with your thought, develop a plan around it, learn the possibilities, limitations and execute it.

ＨＥＡＲＴ ｆｕｌｌ ｏｆ Ｐａｓｓｉｏｎ ＆ Ｄｅｓｉｒｅ：

Life of a doctor, especially in first couple of years, is extremely difficult. There will be times at which you will start asking yourself why you took this career or where will this take you. But, if your heart is full of passion & perseverance, the success will come to you eventually. Passion is the intense emotional attachment towards what you do. It helps you to reach out to your patients with full vigor and eagerness to serve.

Think about your experiences, struggles, moments of realizations, inspirations, problems you have solved in your career. How much of a Medical-entrepreneur are you ?
