We all know that we can use a lot of free tools from Google to level up our practice. In our classes, we have always discussed using such tools like Google Drive, Google My Business, etc. to come forward in the digital space, and Google Forms is one such tool that is freely available to all of us who have a Google account.
Google Forms automatically collects and organizes responses in a Google Sheets spreadsheet. This simplifies data management and analysis, as you can use various spreadsheet functions to sort, filter, and analyze the collected data. It can be used for various purposes like collecting preliminary patient data, collecting feedbacks, webinar registrations and much more. We have always been getting queries on how to create a Google form. Here is a small article with a step-by-step guide on how to create the Google form.
Step 1 & 2: Go to Google FormsYou can go to Google Forms in two ways:
Step 3: Choose a template or start a blank form If you're not sure where to start, you can choose a template from the gallery. There are templates for surveys, quizzes, event registrations, and more. To choose a template, click the Templates tab and select a template, and you can give a banner with your clinic logo to personalize it. If you want to start from scratch, click the Blank button
Step 4 & 5: Add questions to your form Once you've chosen a template or started a blank form, you can start adding questions. To add a question, click the + button.

Step 7: Customize your questions Once you've added a question, you can customize it by changing the text, adding options, and setting validation rules. To change the text, click the question and edit the text in the text box. To add options, click the Options button and add the options you want. To set validation rules, click the Validation button and choose the rules you want.
Step 8: Preview your form Before you share your form, you can preview it to see how it will look to respondents. To preview your form, click the Preview button.
Step 9: Share your form Once you're satisfied with your form, you can share it with others. To share your form, click the Share button and choose how you want to share it.
